About Amara:
Amara’s purpose in this lifetime is to awaken love through Embodied Awakening – a union of mind, body, heart and soul. She has been teaching movement as spiritual practice for 30+ years. She is the founder of Azul Embodied Awakening and which offers workshops, retreats and Teacher Certification internationally. Azul combines Amara’s expertise in embodiment and movement as a healing art with a clear map of self-knowledge.
Amara is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance. She is also co-founder of OneDanceTribe – a global conscious movement community.
