Russian Olive Removal Night

Russian Olive trees, while beautiful, have begun to migrate to the river valley where they are not a friend to the ecosystem and exhibit very worrying invasive behaviours. Come learn more as we remove the smaller trees that are starting to take hold in this area.

Where: Meet at Fort Whoop Up Parking lot

When: Weds June 18, 2025 | 6pm-8pm

What to bring: Close-toe shoes, recommend long sleeve shirt and sturdy pants. Dress for the weather.

Tools, supplies, snacks and cold beverages provided.

This is an intermediate activity for participants age 16+.
