Along the way, you’ll discover the fascinating art of lampworking and see how Shauna transforms molten glass into stunning, handcrafted beads.

Please Note: While our artist demonstrations are usually free to attend, this workshop includes a fee as each participant will be creating and keeping a finished piece of jewelry.
Workshop Details: Sessions are 30 minutes long, with five spots available at each time slot:

About the Artist
Shauna Hayward of Mad Fish Glass is known for creating stunning jewelry using handmade glass beads. This intricate technique, known as lampwork, involves melting rods of glass with an oxygen-propane torch and skillfully shaping them by hand. Each bead is then kiln-fired for lasting strength – resulting in vibrant, one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art.💎
