Electric Lemonade and Makiisma at The Slice

Hey Lethbridge - we’re back! You might remember us from last year when we visited as Vanstones. We changed our name but we’ll be bringing the same high energy performance - we’d love to see you out again!

Electric Lemonade are a grungy fuzz rock power trio from Whitehorse, Yukon. Blending nostalgia with fresh, modern sounds, their live performances swell with raucous garage rock energy paired with killer vocals, huge guitars and syncopated grooves.

Joining us this time are local alt rockers Makiisma:

From Lethbridge, Alberta, Makiisma is an alt-rock powerhouse known for her dynamic fusion of heavy, riff-driven melodies, unexpected harmonic twists, and a soundscape rich with haunting vocals and soulful violin. With the help of her band, Makiisma channels the depth of classical influences through her accomplished violin work, blending them seamlessly with her passion for raw, heavy, and emotionally charged music.
