We never stop missing the people no longer with us. Lights of Life, our annual festival of remembrance, gives you the chance to celebrate and reflect on the lives of friends, family and colleagues, while supporting Garden House Hospice Care.
🌟 Dedicate a light
For each light dedicated, your loved one’s name will be printed on a display within your chosen dedication area, and listed on our dedication page. There is no limit to the number of lights you sponsor, but we ask for a minimum donation of £5 per light. You can choose from four dedication areas: The orchard, The woodland walk, The sundial circle and The Christmas tree.
🌟 Lights of Life Service - Sunday 30th November, 5pm
Join us for our service in our beautifully lit gardens, hosted by our community team, for:
- Music from Roxy Searle
- Readings from staff and families
- Singing from the all new Hospice choir
- A moment of silence by candlelight
- The official switch on of our beautiful lights
- Time to wander in the garden and view the lights.
🌟 Garden visits - Wednesday 3rd - Sunday 7th December, 5-7pm
Our gardens will be open between these dates for you to come along, either on your own, or with friends, family, or colleagues. The garden will be full of soft fairy lights, all of which will be lit up in memory of a loved one. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere there are 15 minute slots which you will need to pre-book.
