Grief touches all of us — in loss, in change, in moments where words fall short. This sacred gathering is an invitation to be witnessed, supported, and gently held in a space where all parts of your grief are welcome.
Together, we’ll open our time in a heart-led sharing circle. You’ll be offered a warm cup of herbal tea, intentionally blended for grieving hearts, and guided through breathwork to support emotional release and healing.
Whether your grief is fresh or long-held, silent or aching to be voiced — come as you are. Bring your tears, your stories, your silence. There is medicine in being together.
