About the event

EXP Kids Fall Session 1

A fun and exciting exercise class for children grades K-8. This class focuses on teaching young children how to move their bodies and have fun while learning how to exercise properly. Each 1 hour class will include a warm-up, short workout, fun games and a cool down/stretch.

Coached by teacher and CrossFit Kids certified Coach Kacey Morin!
