PLAYER CANCELATION
If a player cancels participation for any reason up to one week before the tournament, we will refund 70% of the registration fee. After this date, a 50% refund will only be provided if a substitute player is found.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
The competitor acknowledges that participation in the competition is at their own risk. The participant declares that their health condition meets the requirements for participating in the event, and accepts that the organizers of the competition shall not be held liable for any injury, health damage, or losses incurred by competitors in connection with the competition.
IMAGE AND VIDEO RECORDING RIGHTS
All player by registering in the tournament agree to authorise the publishing of images taken during the tournament.If any player does not agree with this, they must inform the organization by email.
