UoN Empower Week: Disco Vibes Spin Class

Location: Jubilee Sports Centre, Spin Studio (1st Floor)

Join us for Empower - a week of sports, exercise and fun. OPEN to all women, trans and non-binary identifying students at UoN and FREE for all, come and try a new sport, have a go at lifting or meet some new people.

On the 21st October, join us for a funky, disco themed spin class, open to all abilities (beginners are encouraged)! Get moving and shaking, and meet some like minded spinners!

As a thank you for coming to an Empower event, you'll receive a FREE Empower Tote Bag for attending 1 event, and a FREE Empower T-shirt for attending 3 events.
