Water Aerobics

MEMBERS:
Take the plunge and join our popular Water Aerobics class taught by Krystal Tinajero! Water aerobics is a great low-impact strength training class that helps build muscle and improve cardiovascular health. All while moving and groovin' to upbeat music. This class will be held at the Pool every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday through September.

Snack Bar: The snack bar will be open during this time (through Sep 1), all Members are encouraged to utilize this amenity. All food purchases are applied to the food minimum!

Inclement Weather: If weather prevents water aerobics at the pool, class will be canceled until the next regularly scheduled date.
