Join us on the grounds of Buckeye Farm for an early evening dance wave followed by a private sound bath and bonfire.
Our playlist for this evening will only feature music that, to the best of our knowledge, has been performed by indigenous musicians. This mix will be energetic and modern, with most tracks having lyrics. This year's theme aims to not only highlight indigenous voices, but also their words and stories.
We will begin gathering at 4 pm with opening circle in the field at 5:20 pm; please allow yourself time for the beautiful drive out to Buckeye.
Following our movement practice there will be a sound bath and closing circle around the bonfire. You'll be welcome to sit with the fire until it dies down.

We will be dancing on the lawn under the wide open sky and per usual the mix will invite you to move your body as you feel called. Since we are outdoors use your discretion in choosing whether to bring dance props or to dance barefoot. You are also welcome to bring a frame drum for drumming during the dance.
Ecstatic dance is free-form, unstructured dance/flow that allows for freedom to express our unique self through movement/dance within a supportive and respectful community.
* Please bring water to stay well hydrated & dress according for an outdoor, open venue. There are plenty of camp chairs, blankets and pillows for use around the fire and during the sound bath.
To get here, follow GPS. Old Spears Road is 2/10 of a mile long… The pavement will end, and you continue straight on the gravel driveway. You will see the round green yurt in front of you, and just park in the field next to the yurt.
