Cheers for Fears 2025 Event Details🎃🍁
Join us on Sunday, October 12th from 11AM – 3PM at Deep Well Farm in Lenoir City for a day of fall fun with your family — all while supporting your homeless neighbors.
How it works:
1️⃣ Bring a donation (cash or supplies from our list below) to the TVCH table at the front entry gate between 11AM – 3PM.
2️⃣ Receive FREE admission tickets to Deep Well Farm for you & your family— good for the entire day until 6 PM.
3️⃣ Admission includes full access to the pumpkin patch, tractor rides, corn maze, fall kids games, and all family attractions.
⚠️ Important: We will only be at the gate collecting donations until 3:00 PM. To receive free tickets, you must arrive before that time.
Not sure what to bring? Here is a short list of the most-needed supplies:
✅ Hygiene items (oral hygiene, soap, shampoo, deodorant, razors, body wipes)
✅ Socks and underwear (new, all sizes)
✅ Camping Gear (tents, sleeping bags, lanterns, gas stoves, tarps)
✅ Non-perishable food items (easy-open cans, protein bars, snacks)
✅ First aid supplies
✅ Cold-weather gear (coats, hats, gloves, scarves)
✅ Shoes (good condition)

Your donations go directly to people experiencing homelessness in our 12-county region through TVCH’s street outreach, shower trailer, and housing programs. Every item you bring will be put in the hands of someone who needs it most.
This event is hosted by local realtor Tyler High, and we’re grateful for his partnership in making this possible.
