Kids Yoga & Kids Salt Cave

Join us for our Kids Yoga Class & Kids Salt Cave. You can choose to participate in both events or just one.

Kids Yoga cost $10 per child, but parents are free! Come stretch, balance, and have fun in our yoga studio space. Parents don’t have to do yoga, but must remain with their child.

Our Kids Salt Cave is $15 per child, and $15 for each parent as well. Enjoy our salt cave with your family without the age restriction of 12 and up. Choose to lie back in a chair, or grab one of our mats and snuggle up in our heated floors. Parents must remain in the salt cave with their child.
