Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for a late Fall morning of Sound Bath Meditation led by the incredible Cameron Cobb. Using crystal sound bowls, Cameron creates an atmosphere that helps you fully relax, let go of stress, and recharge your energy. It’s an immersive experience where the sound does the work—quieting the mind, restoring balance, and leaving you feeling lighter than when you walked in.

$10 for members, $15 for non-members.

Please bring a mat or blanket, settle in, and allow yourself the chance to reset.
