Join us for a day of fitness, fun, and giving back at Kingdom FIT Community Day – Stronger Together on Saturday, August 16! All proceeds will benefit United Cerebral Palsy of Central Pennsylvania, supporting individuals with disabilities to live life without limits.

💪 Fitness Class Lineup (Donation-Based – Suggested $10/class)
7:00 AM – Boxing
8:00 AM – Power Yoga
9:00 AM – FORGED Group Strength Training
10:00 AM – Butts & Gutz
11:00 AM – Cardio XP
12:00 PM – Zumba
