Cosmic Cafe - The Mystical Art of Lori Sweet: The Art of Healing through Imagery

Join us for a creative evening café with local artist Lori Sweet as we explore the mystical themes and inspirations behind her work. Working mostly in acrylics, clay, and mixed media, Lori weaves together themes of nature, spirituality, divine mother, and ancestral memory in her modern icons, landscapes, and wall shrines.
In this intimate talk, she’ll share stories from her creative journey and how she uses art as a tool for healing, prayer, and transformation. This relaxed, conversational event will unfold in dialogue with guests. Select artworks, fine art prints, and note cards will be available for purchase.

Lori is a former medical social worker, arts/programs administrator, and ARCB Foot Reflexologist who now devotes her time to her art studio practice, teaching for Hospice of Central PA, and leading frame drumming workshops. She also is writing a book titled An Unconventional Memoir: In the Company of Fairies.
