Judo Class

New and ONLY Judo practice available in the Brunswick and New Hanover County area through Shield Jiu-Jitsu. Starting this Wednesday 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturdays 10:30 am to 11:30 am repeating weekly.

Judo is for all ages and sizes, teaching lifelong skills of self defense and "super-human" balance! This is a full body workout! We will be limiting these two classes to 16 years old and up. No contract needed, only a waiver to be signed!

I am a certified first-degree black belt under Olympic silver medalist Jason Morris out if Glenville NY and have been practicing since a young age in Judo and Wrestling. Judo helped me be successfully recruited to a Division One Wrestling program, and has taught me countless skills that transfer to many different facets of life. (I am also a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu)

Do not feel nervous to come if you have no experience, we are a welcoming community and don't just , "throw you to the wolves!"

Any seasoned Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, wrestler looking to expand their playbook, or someone with zero grappling experience are welcomed. First week is free for all to try, message/call me for pricing or any questions at my number.
