This series is perfect for anyone who wants to move more freely, relieve tension, and explore their creativity.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
☑ Awareness Through Movement (The Feldenkrais Method) - Discover gentle movements that will improve your flexibility, ease tension, and enhance your body awareness.
☑ Creative Dance - Explore your body natural rhythm in a fun, free-flowing way - no experience required!
☑ Somatic Drawing- Use drawing to express and capture the sensations and emotions you feel in your body.
☑ Special Finale - In our June session, enjoy live electronic music by the talented Nuno Lean to add rhythm and inspiration to our exploration.

MEET YOUR GUIDES
Professional dancers Chiara Mezzadri and Pedro Goucha have years of experience in dance and somatic movement. After several years with some of the world's most prestigious companies, they
founded the Pão em Rosas studio in 2024. In these gatherings, their goal is to create a welcoming community in Leiria, where movement and creativity can transform lives.
Whether you are new to these practices or looking to deepen your connection with yourself, CURIOUS BODIES is designed to inspire and rejuvenate you.
