Viele wissen nicht, was bei einem Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstand zu tun ist. Und ebenso wenig, wie wichtig es für die Überlebenschancen der Betroffenen ist, dass Laien schon vor dem Eintreffen des Rettungsdienstes mit der Reanimation beginnen. Andere haben eine gewisse Scheu, etwas falsch zu machen.
