📍 Location: Bandstand, Parson’s Close Recreation Ground, Leighton Buzzard
📅 Dates: Every Saturday from 26 July – 30 August
🕤 Time: 9:45am start (please arrive a few minutes early)

Start your weekend with peace, balance, and fresh air ☀️
Join Michaela, a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher, for free outdoor yoga in the park.

🧘‍♂️ No experience needed
🧘 Bring a mat or towel
🚫 Not suitable for those with limited mobility

💚 No booking required – just turn up and stretch out!
