In-Person | Gentle, guided sessions suitable for beginners
Session 1 – Saturday 16th August, 1:00 PM (40 mins)
Session 2 – Saturday 16th August, 2:00 PM (40 mins)
Session 3 – Saturday 16th August, 3:00 PM (40 mins)
Each session includes:
1. Welcome (5 mins)
2. Introduction to Tai Chi & Qigong (5 mins)
o The difference between Tai Chi form and Shibashi Qigong
o Origins, health benefits, and how the movements support wellbeing
o Emphasis on breath, intention, and flowing movement
3. Gentle Warm-Up (5–7 mins)
o Loosening joints, grounding breath, and preparing body and mind
4. Shibashi Set 1 – Flow Practice (15 mins)
o Tai Chi Bear Stance
o Guidance through Shibashi Qigong 18 movements
o Focus on breath coordination and relaxation
5. Q&A + Follow-Up Info (5 mins)
