We have some very very exciting news for you all..
Friends of Firs Park
Have teamed up with Raggy Doll Events
To bring a 2 day carnival in the park.
While we work behind the scenes on all the terms conditions and licenses, We are gageing interest from vendors regarding trading spaces.
ALL stall fees will go to Friends of Firs Park Holocaust Memorial Restoration Project.
Target is £6,000 for the memorial garden area.
Rest benches, raised flower beds, Star of David, Fencing, Lighting and more..
A running total for this project will be on The Friends of Firs Park public page.
The 2 day event will consist of trade spaces, free activities, community hub, angling, wild life and forestry, demonstrations in the arena, fair rides, bouncy castle zone, sensory area and sooo much more.
A full and comprehensive programme for the two days will be made public,
We are limiting the type of vendors and we will have an application form process.
Payment will be via invoice upon place being awarded.
NO HOT FOOD, DRINKS, SWEETS, TOYS, TOMBOLLAS, RAFFLES, PYROTECHNICS, ALCHOHOL OR DRUG Paraphernalia is permitted.
Stalls will be
3x3 meters (single gazebo size)
Own gazebo tables and chairs required.
£25 for a single day.
3x6 meters (double gazebo size)
Own gazebo tables and chairs required.
£40 for a single day.
Or.....
Single gazebo for both days £40
Double gazebo for both days £70
If you require generator it must be diesel operated and full health and safety rules apply. A full risk assesment must be supplied with your application, along with your insurance cert and any hygiene certs applicable.
