Beginner Yoga Course

My next Beginner Course is coming up!

July 24th – August 28th at Bali Garden

If you've been wanting to try yoga in a friendly, non-competitive setting, this six-week beginner course is for you. You'll be gently guided through postures and introduced to other key aspects of yoga, including breathwork, meditation, relaxation, mantra, and the rich traditions of yoga's roots in India.

The course is shaped around the interests and needs of the group and includes detailed handouts to support your learning at home.

Taught by a teacher with 29 years of personal practice, 15 years of teaching, and time spent studying in India, this is a practical and nourishing introduction to yoga for everyday life.
Every body, age and level of yoga experience is welcome, see you on the mat!
