barrier men's support group

Hi to the men of the barrier it's finally here, adult men's support group held on the North side at Orama every Wednesday fortnight. It's for all men for anything if you are struggling with suicide , depression, addiction or you may have struggled in the past but got through it in the end and would like to share your story, or just come and listen.
