Takeover 2025: Leicester Museum and Art Gallery

Children are in charge at these free, drop-in events!

Come and experience free creative activities for all the family, co-created with children from four Leicester schools:- Medway Community Primary, Barley Croft Primary, Charnwood Primary and Ash Field School.

Working alongside artist Sam Redway, children from the four schools, are letting their imaginations run riot and will take over Leicester Museum and Art Gallery, transforming these spaces into hubs of creativity with lots of free activities for all the family to enjoy together.

Aimed at 3-11 year olds.
