Crystals for beginners is perfect if you're interested in understanding crystals and their properties. Learn the science and history behind crystals why and how we use them in day-to-day life. The Crystals discussed will be yours to keep and take home with you. You’ll learn how they can be used as healing tools, how to cleanse and recharge your crystals, how they can benefit you and be used in mediation. The workshop will end with a guided meditation to connect to your crystals and find out how meditation can benefit body mind and soul.
Everyone has feelings of stress or anxiety at some point in their life. It can effect us at any point of our lives all in different ways. This talk will holistically guide you with the support of crystals aiding you in the stresses of day to day life no matter how big or small. Learn how crystals can benefit you personally, try different techniques working along side crystal also some history and science behind why we use these to help aid us very interchangeable humans. Includes Guided Meditation, breath and visulisation work and crystals.
