Chakra Dancing & Guided Meditation

⭐️TUESDAY 22nd JULY ⭐️

COME JOIN RUTH AT HER LAST CHAKRA DANCING & GUIDED MEDITATION CLASS BFORE OUR SUMMER BREAK.

We meet tomorrow night at 7pm -9pm at
The Holy Spirit & St Edward’s Catholic Church Hall, Rempstone Road, Swanage.Dorset BH19 1AH.
£12 per person per class.

This week, as always, we dance freely in our own unique way to specially selected music to open, and resonate with the vibrational energy of each of the body’s 7 major chakras or energy wheels.

Chakra Dancing is a dance therapy that enables the dancers to release tension and harmful stress, through mindful embodied movement and dance, to rebalance our chakra energy centres, leaving us feeling deeply relaxed.

This week the majority of the class voted to revisit the Third Eye Chakra, and so the class will focus on our third eye or brow chakra , ‘Ajna’.

This week Ruth is offering a special end of term celebration:
* 7pm - arrival
* 7:15pm- 7:30pm-Aicha will lead us in a beautiful Sacred Cacao Ceremony.
* 7:30pm - 8:30pm - We dance and move mindfully
*8:30pm - Ruth leads a deeply relaxing Third eye guided meditation with crystal bowl vibrations.
9pm - close - if weather is permitting, we move to the beach for a refreshing social and swim, herbal tea and cookies.

Wear layers of stretchy clothes, bring : Water bottle, yoga mat, blanket and cushion for the meditation ( Ruth has a few spares).
Swimmers and towel if you want to swim.
Alcohol free drinks and snacks you’d like to share.
