🔹Thomas Akintan is co-founder of Avalon Insights, specialising in AI training and research. With over five years' experience across EMEA and North America, he helps organisations use AI ethically and effectively to empower people and level the playing field.
🔹Scott Ashby is CMO and Co-Founder of Unchained Music, revolutionising music distribution for independent artists. He’s worked with major labels and managed award-winning, globally touring artists.

🔹Yaw Owusu is a Liverpool-based creative consultant specialising in music and culture. He leads projects that amplify underrepresented voices, working with Google, MTV, BBC, Universal Music Group, Levi’s, Liverpool FC, and more, while developing artists and producing acclaimed content for BBC and Spotify.
