September Kosciusko County ACOM Meeting

CARES is a new service in our community. This program addresses those suffering a mental health crisis, assists those who are having issues acquiring or reconciling medications, and aid in getting appropriate medical care.
Continual services are also provided for:
Mental health safety planning
Fall prevention
Referrals and connection to housing, food, clothing, financial assistance, substance use treatment, transportation, grief support and more!
Why is CARES important?
They assist emergency personnel with response to the mental health crisis, they help connect individuals to community resources and social services, and offer services to prevent emergencies.
