Free Seminar: Intro to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

In this special 1.5 hour free seminar, you will get a brief orientation on the history of Jiu-Jitsu and then you will learn several techniques from our Combat Basics program for beginners. No previous experience needed, no need to be in top physical shape.

This event is the safest and most enjoyable way to be introduced to Jiu-Jitsu, so we really look forward to sharing the mats with you.

What if I have no experience?

Perfect! This seminar is designed for you.

What ages are allowed to attend?

13+ The event is suitable for ages 13 and up. Participants under 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult.

What if I'm not very physically fit?

No problem. This seminar will not be strenuous making it suitable for students all ages and physical abilities.

What should I wear?

Comfortable workout attire is all you need. (T-shirt and sweatpants - no shorts).What will I learn?

You will learn several simple, highly effectivetechniques from our Combat Basics beginner's program. By the time the seminar is complete, you will understand why the world is falling in love with Jiu-Jitsu and why Mastery Jiu-Jitsu is the chosen path for so many beginners in Leesburg.
