Free For Seniors: Chair Zumba

We hope you can join us for chair yoga on April 29th at 9AM at Artist With a Purpose (100 S 4th St, Leesburg, FL 34748). Chair yoga is a mind-body practice that integrates gentle movements, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques.

Whether you're new to exercise with limited motions or an expert athlete, this class has many benefits for its participants. We'll guide you through the movements so that you can walk out of the class a new you!

For your comfort, you may bring a blanket or pillow to place ontop of the chairs provided. Snacks and refreshments will be available.

A brief presentation on the latest in clinical research will be given at the start of the event. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the event start time.

Please note: This event is only for those who have never attended to a Charter Research event and entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
