Empty the Shelters - Adoption Fees Waived!

Join us for Empty the Shelters! We are waiving the adoptions fees for all available animals at the shelter on Saturday, May 10 from 11am-6pm.

We will be joining hundreds of shelters in this nationwide event, sponsored by Bissell Pet Foundation.

Adopters will receive a starter supply bag containing essential items to support their pet’s transition into a new home. In addition, all individuals adopting a dog during this event will receive free, in-person dog training classes.

Prospective adopters can view available pets online at loudoun.gov/animals. The standard adoption screening process still applies during this promotion and most adoptions can be completed on the same day.
