Everything Brisket Class

This will be a hands on brisket class with limited seats available. Brad & Bre of Smoke'n Magic will be teaching a 4 hour class on Everything Brisket.

Each individual will learn how to select a quality brisket, trim, inject, rub and smoke it. Each customer will get to trim their own brisket that they get to take home and cook.
