This specially designed session is designed for experienced breathers ready to take their practice to new heights. This session will be like nothing you have experienced before. You'll go deep, gain clarity and leave with a new embodied confidence.

Combining a more dynamic and intense breathing patterns with extended breath holds and a powerful, curated musical journey, this session creates the perfect environment for deep exploration and transformative breakthroughs. Through this advanced practice, you’ll be guided to tap into the profound potential of your breath, accessing altered states of consciousness, releasing emotional blocks, and uncovering insights that lie beyond the surface.

**This session is not for beginners. You must have attended at least two sessions with Rising Phoenix Breathwork. If you have experience with another style, email to attend.**

**In case of ice or snow, this session will be held online. Participants will receive a recording of the session of the session that is good for 72 hours.**
