Big & Little Breathwork

Calling all parents and caregivers!

Take a blissful breath alongside your little ones and embark on an unforgettable adventure of connection, relaxation, and joy. Join us for "Big & Little Breathwork," a special session designed for families to explore the power of breath together.

In this unique breathwork experience, you and your little ones are invited to breathe, play, and bond in a safe and nurturing environment. It's a wonderful opportunity to introduce your children to the magical world of conscious breathing while cultivating a deeper connection with them.

After breathing we will connect over snacks and make Valentines.
