9 to 5 -- Summit Theatre Group

This comedy, based on the 1980 film of the same name, follows Violet, Judy, and Doralee and their sexist boss Franklin Hart, Jr. Pushed to the boiling point, these female coworkers concoct a plan to get even with the sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot they call their boss. In a hilarious turn of events, Violet, Judy, and Doralee live out their wildest fantasy – giving their boss the boot!

Performances are July 11-13 in the Lee’s Summit West High School Performing Arts Center.
