2025 Blue Springs Lake AJFC Meet & Greet

What's Good Wednesday? Based on the poll I did last week regarding an AJFC Meet & Greet it looks like most of you wanted to keep it close to the KC area (but of course anyone outside of KC area is invited as well) and Saturday July 26th got the most votes too. So this is the plan: Saturday July 26th we'll meet at Blue Springs Lake at @ 530am and fish till Noon. There'll be some prizes for Biggest Bass and Biggest Non-Bass species caught (and y'all can do side pots for cash if ya want). Once we're all trailered up we'll move a few minutes away to Forty Woods Bait N' Tackle to give away the prizes and Nick Maggio and I will put together a some hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks type meal for y'all. And if any of you haven't ever been there or it's been a long time, it'll give ya a chance to see what all he's done/doing to improve the tackle shop. An extra incentive is AJFC will have a 5 for $25 sale on AJFC tackle (with the exception of the BearKing jerkbaits and Tungsten Flipping weights). And additionally, anyone that purchases at least one Forty Woods and one AJFC branded products will receive a 10% discount off their entire purchase. We hope as many as possible can make it to this event and help support both AJFC and Forty Woods Bait N' Tackle. I'm looking forward to seeing y'all.
