FREE Yoga "Potluck" Class

Join Megan's Yoga Tribe for a unique, heart-centered experience with our FREE outdoor Community Yoga Variety Class partnering with Summit Fair Shopping center in Lee’s Summit. Explore a blend of styles in this 60-minute "yoga potluck" session featuring our talented instructors.

What to Expect:

You will be guided through a calming meditation and breathwork.

Then move into an invigorating yoga flow.

Next you will feel energized and strong with yoga sculpt.

Last you will unwind with Yin and a soothing Savasana.
