With the Wisdom Circle, we will create sacred space together to form a powerful container, in which to share and honour our stories, and the wisdom of those experiences.
The circle acts as a mirror, and reflects the continuing cycle of a timeline, which as a collective, we have each lived, are living, or yet to live.
Sharing in this way can help us feel less alone, and even dissolve fears of the unknown. It creates unity and bonding that opens and fills our hearts with a deep understanding and compassion for one another.
It is a chance to express, release, and receive, in a safe space, without judgement or misunderstanding.
There is a strength we build in circle that breaks down barriers, and is deeply nourishing and supportive, which can help us navigate our human experience with more clarity and perspective.
The space will be held by Jazzalina, to offer intuitive guidance and care of the movement of energy. But ultimately, we will be holding space for one another with our presence in whatever unfolds.
The theme for this months circle is going to be
"Honouring Grief"
I feel a calling for us to gather, and share our experiences of Grief and the importance of honouring this process.
We live in a world where most cultures do not welcome or honour grief. We are taught that it's not OK to feel the pain of our grieving. Or at the very least, we should do it away from the ears and eyes of others, and do it quickly !
But what if we allowed our tears to soften us into the wisdom of our hearts ?
To allow the current to flow into a river that we allowed to carry us through the process ?
What if we shared our grief in a supported way within community, and knew it was safe and welcomed, honoured and loved ?
Grief and Love united, are like the wings of Grace that carry us through our pain, and deliver us to inner Peace.
Grief is deeply rooted in Love. We grieve when we feel separate from Love, or witness atrocities that are far from Love. We are essentially feeling the absence of Love, and the helplessness we feel for what we witness happening in our world.
So Grief is a catalyst to bring us back to Love. The intelligence of the heart guiding us home. Its action is always to return us back to Love.
Let us come together and share our wisdom of our experience.
I look forward to being with you, and holding the space for what unfolds and wishes to move through us to Honour Grief.
