In this drop-in introduction to Laughter Meditation Veerji invites you to come and sample this 90-minute playshop which offers an holistic approach explaining the physiological aspects of the healing nature of our own joy-filled laughter!
In this taster session Veerji guides and supports you through a series of ‘laughter-cises’ of how to tap into our own spontaneous, healing laughter to help stimulate our endocrine system, boost our immune system, increase lung capacity and expand own own sense of well-being. And in all of this a reminder of what it ‘feels’ like to laugh. All those good, yummy sensations of stress busting, relaxation, big smiles, warm glow etc that we know and love.
This guidance is experiential: through laughter we can stimulate our pituitary gland, thyroid, thymus and the various organs in our stomach: all part of our endocrine system.
As well as explaining what physiologically occurs in our body as we laugh this is also great fun, addictive (in a good way) and contagious 😁
As vibrational creatures we have the ability to tap into the energy centres of our bodies (the Chakra centres) and help recalibrate and reharmonize these areas and allow the body to be in balance; in ease. Not in dis-ease.
These playshops are fun-filled and a safe place/space to get out of our minds (in both senses).
No one is here to laugh at you, but laugh with you in the moment.
If this introduction is to your liking you are invited to the full 3 hour workshop on 20th June.
