Kirtan - sacred mantra is a beautiful way to connect with and honour the essence of who we are.

As we sing the names of the Gods and Goddesses, it's as if we're being washed of self limiting thoughts and attitudes, leaving us with a remembrance and a sense of union with our Truth.

Please come and join Lisa (voice, harmonium) and Veerji (dholak drum) for this beautiful grounding experience.

You are invited to sing along (lyric sheets are supplied) or just listen. You can sit or lie down, whatever you feel 😁
