Full Moon Ritual Workshop

Summers can be chaotic - we can often do more, and give ourselves little time to stop and check in with ourselves.

If you’ve been zipping about in the sunshine like a fly with a blue bottom, maybe this blue moon is the time to give yourself space to centre, rest, anchor, to breathe, to listen to your body and check in with your heart.

Spiritually the full moon symbolises release and completion. This full moon will be in Aquarius which brings up the theme of freedom and invites us to reflect on our path forwards. Our feelings blossom now. It’s time to tend to our emotional bodies.

We’ll gather at this stunning farm venue for some gentle, nourishing open-air yoga & movement, ritual & intention, sharing & connection, journaling & circling. The afternoon will include refreshing drinks and tasty treats.
