The Menu:
Starter
Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup
A vibrant, velvety soup made with fire-roasted red peppers and vine-ripened tomatoes, finished with a drizzle of basil-infused oil. Served with freshly baked, crusty artisan bread.
Entrée – Choose One:
Spinach & Feta Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Large portobello mushrooms filled with a savory blend of sautéed spinach, crumbled feta, and aromatic herbs, finished with a light tomato coulis. A hearty vegetarian dish that celebrates earthy flavors.
Braised Beef Short Ribs in Red Wine Reduction
Slow-braised beef short ribs, simmered until meltingly tender in a rich red wine and beef stock reduction. Served atop creamy parsnip purée with a side of seasonal roasted root vegetables.
Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Caper Sauce
Delicately pan-seared salmon fillet topped with a zesty lemon butter caper sauce. Paired with herbed couscous and sautéed asparagus for a light, flavorful entrée.

Lemon Panna Cotta with Fresh Berry Compote
A smooth, tangy lemon-infused panna cotta topped with a vibrant compote of mixed berries—creamy, refreshing, and just sweet enough.
