Join Kerry McGinn, Integrative Yoga Teacher & Holistic Guide, and Sarah Brianna, Shamanic Energy Healer, Reiki Master Teacher and Soul Coach, for a two-hour celebration of Mabon—the Autumn Equinox, a sacred turning point where illumination and shadow come together in harmony.
We’ll begin with an Opening Ceremony led by Sarah, honoring the magic of the equinox, calling in balance, and setting the tone for the season ahead. Through guided rituals, community sharing, and heartfelt connection, you’ll reflect on the abundance of summer and the intentions you wish to carry into autumn.
Kerry & Sarah will then guide you through a 30-minute radiant somatic movement practice, weaving nervous system regulation, breathwork, and grounding movement to help you embody equinox balance in your body.
Together, Kerry and Sarah will infuse the evening with ritual, energy, and magic.
You’ll also experience:
🍵 Seasonal tea to warm and restore
🌿 Handmade herbal bundles crafted by Kerry & Sarah for you to take home
🔥 A community altar where you may place offerings for dedication or honoring
✨ Oracle card pulls for seasonal guidance and inspiration
