📣You’re invited to a one-night-only flavor fest at Maine Cellars! Our good friend and amazing local chef Steve is bringing something totally different to the area this Friday night – and trust us, your taste buds won’t want to miss it.

We’re talking:

🥢 Steamed Bao Buns layered with smoked pork belly, crisp cucumber, honey ginger pickled carrots, roasted peanuts, fresh cilantro, and a bold, savory Hoisin sauce (made by reducing Marble Creek Acres' Green Tea & Ginger wine).

Served with:
🍚 Fried rice & 🥬 Garlicky bok choy
👉 Just $12 for two bao buns
👉 Feeling hungry? Add a third bao for $15!

This isn’t your typical fried food menu. This is next-level comfort food, done simply and done well, right here on the farm.

🍷 Pair it with a glass of our crisp cider or a chilled summer wine, and enjoy the peaceful farm setting, good people, and something fresh and flavorful for your Friday night.
