This 2-hour workshop offers a grounded and compassionate space to understand what stress, anxiety, and overwhelm feel like in the body and mind- and how yoga practice and yoga philosophy can help you meet these experiences with clarity and steadiness. Through a blend of simple movement, guided breathwork, and accessible meditation, we'll explore tools that support regulation, resilience, and a return to inner balance.
You'll learn how yogic principles and philosophy frame these states not as personal failings, but as natural signals from the body and mind- messages that can be understood, softened, and responded to skillfully. Together, we'll look at practical techniques you can bring into your everyday life, helping you create moments of pause, grounding, and reorientation when things feel heavy or fast.
