�Join the Leduc RCMP in collaboration with Riseup Society Alberta for "Grounds for Conversation" at Rise Coffee located at 606 18 Avenue, Nisku on February 24, 2026 from 11am - 1pm.

Leduc RCMP is committed to supporting our community with open discussions and connecting City of Leduc, Leduc County and Town of Calmar with local resources such as Riseup Society Alberta.

Jordan Sharp is a Registered Social Worker with over nine years of experience in mental health and social services, with a strong focus on supporting older adults in home care, community mental health, and crisis settings.

In Jordan’s role as Elder Abuse Case Coordinator with Riseup Society Alberta, she supports seniors experiencing abuse/neglect, provides advocacy and system navigation, and works alongside community partners to promote safety and awareness. Jordan brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to supporting older adults and their families through complex challenges.
