Understanding the Waves: Learning About Big Feelings

?In this session, children will explore what happens when emotions like worry or fear start to feel overwhelming. Through creative activities, storytelling, and group sharing, kids will learn how to notice early signs of stress, understand the body’s “alarm system,” and find healthy ways to ride out those emotional waves.

?Tuesday, March 10, 2026 – 6PM-7PM

Finding Your Calm Zone: Tools to Settle the Mind and Body

?This workshop introduces children to different ways of finding calm when anxiety takes hold. Participants will experiment with breathing patterns, movement, sound, and visualization exercises to discover what works best for them. Together, we’ll create a personal “calm zone” plan kids can use whenever they need to reset and relax.

Brave Connections: Facing Social Worries with Confidence

?This session helps children recognize what social worry looks and feels like, especially in friendships, group settings, or new situations. Through games, role-play, and conversation, kids will learn small, practical steps to build confidence, communicate clearly, and feel more comfortable when connecting with others.

?Tuesday, March 24, 2026 – 6PM-7PM

Strong Inside: Building Confidence and Coping Skills

?In this final session, children will focus on strengthening their inner resilience. Through creative problem-solving, guided reflection, and positive thinking activities, kids will learn how to challenge unhelpful thoughts, celebrate progress, and carry forward strategies that help them stay grounded and confident when anxiety arises.
