✨ Your morning includes:🥤 A warm welcome with ACV-infused kombucha 🏃‍♀️ A guided 5K run or walk through apple orchards and countryside trails🧘‍♀️ Post-run yoga under the trees, surrounded by wildflowers👩‍🍳 A hands-on cooking workshop in Willy’s kitchen 🧺 Finishing with a delicious picnic with the food you've just prepared 👀

Expect nourishing movement, delicious food, and a supportive community of like-minded women, all in the beautiful countryside setting 🍎💫
