Flu Shot Clinic

Do you get a seasonal flu shot each year? Faith Lutheran Church is hosting a convenient Flu Shot Clinic with two RNs from G&R Pharmacy. All are welcome - please invite a neighbor or friend!

Saturday, September 13 | 3:30–5:00 PM

Sunday, September 14 | 11:00 AM–12:30 PM

Details:

Billing: G & R Pharmacy will bill Medicare or your insurance.

Bring: Photo ID and insurance card.

Sign-up: For members, a sheet is available in the Narthex. For non-members, please call the church office to register.

Open to the public: Invite friends and neighbors - they’re welcome to stay for worship!
